These terms cover the messaging and booking services provided by AutoPilot My Business LLC ("we", "us"), on behalf of the businesses we work with.
What we do
We provide automated messaging, appointment booking and customer-record services to small businesses. When you message a business we work with, your message may be received and answered by our systems acting on that business's behalf. Some replies are generated automatically; anything needing a person is passed to staff at that business.
SMS messaging program

- What the messages are
- Appointment reminders, booking confirmations and changes, replies to enquiries you started, and follow-up messages about your visit, including requests for a review.
- How you opt in
- By ticking the SMS consent box on an enquiry or booking form, by giving your number and asking to be texted, or by texting us first. We only text people who have done one of these.
- Message frequency
- Varies. It depends on your enquiries and appointments. Most people receive only a handful of messages around a booking.
- Cost
- We do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- How to stop
- Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You can also ask us in writing.
- How to get help
- Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
- Supported carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Using the service
- Give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your booking.
- Do not use our messaging to send unlawful, abusive or harassing content.
- Only send photographs you have the right to share.
Bookings, deposits and cancellations
Appointment terms, deposits, cancellation notice and any fees are set by the individual business you are booking with, not by us. Those terms are given to you by that business at the time of booking and take precedence over anything stated here.
Automated replies
Automated replies are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or correct. They are not professional, medical or legal advice. Anything important, including pricing and suitability, is confirmed by staff at the business before you are committed to it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Messaging depends on third-party platforms and mobile carriers that we do not control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the messaging service, including messages that are delayed or not delivered by a carrier or platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
